Time 15:15 Tuesday Just about to make a 70 mile round trip to Edinburgh ,get phone call, Automated message to say the Gig has been Postponed..Not a Happy Bunny..supposedly going to Glasgow on Wednesday..If that is Postponed as well, there will be a lot of Enemy merchandise on Ebay on the Thursday...I am Fucking livid, I took time off work to attend these two Gigs..there better be a credible excuse other than a Effing hangover scenario..& I think that the band should apologise on this site to all the Fans that are let down once again

Yes it's true..just got Email from ticketmaster confirming it ..they must have just decided to postpone in the last 24 hours...maybe its too cold for them up here,! or maybe they just don't give a shit about their Fans...they seem to cancel at the drop of a hat! , or Lily!..I will phone O2 in Glasgow tomorrow & see if they have postponed that Gig as well.. Oh well another night in with Emmerdale.

Sadly it appears to be true - Tom Clarke has a sore throat. The gig is to be rescheduled for Tues 1st Dec, according to my source. Is Tom some sort of "Dot Cotton" he's always got something wrong with him..for a professional singer his throat seems to let him down more than most Pro singers..sorry for ranting, but I am really pissed off..I have no holidays left this year & I work nightshift, so I will probably miss the Gigs through no fault of my own.

| I totally sympathise with you, especially when you (and others) have made the effort to buy tickets/taken time out. I think Tom has had a run of bad luck when it comes to sore throats and gigs - tbh, he's had his fair share of sickness. But the lads are as professional as they can be, no-one in their right mind would try pissing off their fans by cancelling gigs on a whim. Trouble is, it's frustrating when it happens.

| Tom does it on a regular basis! has a couple of good Gigs then calls off the next, they done it in Ibiza as well..I for one don't believe the sore throat malarky, Tom's a young guy who wants to live the champagne lifestyle, but does not seem too interested in waiting till the work is done..& any amount of defending him will not convince me....Sorry but I think he is Totally Un professional..and I have been a Fan since day "40 days"...might not be for much longer!!!

| 70 mile round trip? You were let off easy my good friend! I was away to make the 160 mile round trip. I was actually on the train going to Edinburgh then my mum phones me just after I checked into my hotel and said it was off! I am down 50 fucking quid (which is a lot considering I dont have any source of income!) and my mates are mad at me because they will have to spend an extra £30 if they want to go the other gig. I hope they dont play Glasgow or I will be more pissed off! I love The Enemy and this wont stop me from being a fan but I hope the guys know that a few folk will have lost out on a lot of money. Still The Enemy for Life! We'll Live and Die lads! Stay Strong. Don't worry Tom, you will beat the swine flu!

WTF i know these things happen but not again i hope Tom is really sick . I can understand if this is the case but its so dissappointing as a fan especially when its not a local gig hope this is a one off for this tour, but tbh i doubt this willl be the only complaint from fans especially with the current setlist. Luckily for me i have no complaints so far however if this happens come Birmingham i will not be a happy bunny as I doubt i could make a rescheduled date fingers crossed Tom'll be back on form quickly.
